Locations

We now offer two convenient locations. One is located in the Langley Willoughby area on 208 Street and 72 Avenue. Our second location is in Richmond between Blundell Road and No. 2 Road next to Blundell Shopping Centre. We see families from Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Langley, Maple Ridge, Abbotsford, and Chilliwack. My name is Jana; I am a Certified Dental Assistant with my orthodontic module and a Certificated Education Assistant. Here at Glow Pediatrics Dentistry and Orthodontics, I enjoy my diverse role in meeting new families, treatment coordinating, and helping in administration. My husband of 22 yrs and our two teens are the absolute joys of my life along with our dog, Jojo. As a family, we enjoy the great outdoors. In the summer, we love to camp, and in the winter, we are the happiest when we are on the ski hills, especially at Big White Mountain.

I am a Certified Orthodontic Dental Assistant, and have been a part of the dental profession for 32 years! Needless to say, I love my job and making people smile every day. My life is full of fitness, sports, and finding a healthy balance of my time. I am so blessed and grateful to have my my 4 am run and grown kids (and besties) alongside me on this wonderful life journey.

After completing my dental receptionist program in January 2021, I came to Glow seeking a practicum position and quickly learned that it was a perfect fit! At Glow, I will be one of the friendly faces you see as your family enters the clinic, as well as assisting you with insurance claims and helping to coordinate your orthodontic and dental treatments. I love getting to meet all the diverse families that come in and truly feeling like I’ve affected their day. Outside of Glow, you can find me having a movie marathon, playing video games with friends and spending time exploring beautiful BC with my two dogs - Rein and Nox - and their cat-brother Mccree.

I started with Glow orthodontics and pediatric dentistry in June of 2021 after completing my dental reception program. I bring over 20 years of experience with me in the dental field. I started out in my father’s dental clinic in high school to complete my dental assisting program at Douglas College in 2003 and my Dental Hygiene program from the Toronto College of Dental Hygiene in 2007. At Glow, I act to co-coordinate dental treatment and patient care and can assist you in navigating your insurance and finances. In my spare time, I enjoy drawing, watching funny movies and spending time with my family and two dogs, Frankie and Charlie.

Receptionist

Crystal's dentistry journey is a testament to the impact dedicated professionals have on inspiring the next generation. As an orthodontic patient, she observed a Certified Dental Assistant seamlessly managing clinic operations. This ignited her passion for dentistry. In December 2021, she completed her dental receptionist program, spent a year honing her skills at a dental clinic, and now works at Glow Richmond. Her unique perspective and empathy as a former patient contribute to her role. Crystal is committed to helping patients achieve oral health and confidence in their smiles. Beyond her career, Crystal enjoys powerlifting, traveling, and sharing gaming experiences with friends. Currently, she's immersed in "The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom," aiming for 100% completion. Crystal's journey showcases dedication, passion, and a well-rounded nature, making her a valuable asset to the Glow Richmond team.
